Property Acquisition and Disposition Division
DHCD’s Property Acquisition and Disposition Division (PADD) manage all acquisition and disposition of property for DHCD. PADD is comprised of two programs, the Home Again Program and the Homestead Program. These programs acquire vacant and abandoned properties, with the goal of rehabilitating these properties and return them to the housing stock.
